Bose McKinney Construction and Insurance Law Group partner Sam Laurin will serve as a presenter for the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum (ICLEF) seminar regarding advanced insurance law.
The ICLEF seminar takes place Tuesday, October 16, at the ICLEF Conference Facility, 23 E. Ohio St., in Indianapolis at 9 a.m. EST.
Laurin will lead the course “How Big is the Blanket,” which will examine the key aspects of additional insureds, including contractual requirements, recent case law and agreements to indemnify versus agreements to name a party as an additional insured.
Laurin is a partner of Bose McKinney & Evans LLP, where he serves as the chair of the firm’s Litigation Group, as well as the chair of the firm’s Construction Law Group. He focuses his practice on litigating construction, commercial, and real estate disputes.
